Seafood Spice

Comments: While you're at it, keep these in mind for gifts. Just put them in a pretty jar, and attach a few recipe suggestions with a ribbon.

2	Tbsp.	ground allspice
2	Tbsp	celery salt
2	Tbsp	powdered mustrd
1	tsp	ground ginger
1	tsp	paprika
3/4	tsp	ayenne (ground red pepper)

• Sprinkle on fish fillets before broiling.
• Season chowder, crabs or salmon cakes.
• Add to tuna, crabs or salmon salads.
• Makes a scant 1/2 cup.
