Rhubarb Marmalade

Chopped rhubarb |

Oranges |
- Grind orange; peels and all. Combine with rhubarb and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until sheets from a spoon, about 1 hour. Pour into hot jars; process 10 minutes in hot water bath.
- Makes 4 pints.
