Granola

4 | C | Old fashioned oatmeal |
2½ | C | Wheat germ (untoasted) |
1 | C | Raw sunflower seed nuts |
1 | C | Coconut |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
2 | tbsp | Brown sugar |
1/3 | C | Vegetable oil |
1/2 | C | Honey |
1 | tsp | Vanilla |
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add oil, mix well.
- Add honey and vanilla, mix well
- Spread in 10x15 pan and bake 20-30 minutes at 325°F until light brown and crispy.
- Stir a couple times during baking.
