Gourmet Hot Chocolate Mix

From the Kitchen of: Pepper

1	box	non-fat dry milk -- (25 ounce)
1	jar	non-dairy creamer -- (16 oz)
1	container	presweetened cocoa mix (ex. Nestles Quick) -- (15 to16oz)
1	jar	chocolate malted milk powder -- (13 ounce)
1	c	Powdered Sugar

• Mix all the ingredients together in a very large container. Use a wirewhisk to be sure it is distributed evenly. Store in Ziploc bags.
• To make hot cocoa, place 2 - 3 tablespoons of mix into a mug. Add boilingwater and stir well. You may use more or less mix to taste or depending onthe size of the mug.
• Makes about 80 oz.
