A great addition for your page for children recipes would be GAK which is made of equal parts white glue and liquid starch. My kids love it.

1	C	Elmers glue
1	C	Liquid starch
		Little food coloring

The kids slime it between their hands in a bowl until almost all of the starch is absorbed, remove excess starch, let sit for 30 minutes or so, then play away. It's wonderful. It's kinda like play dough, but doesn't hold shape a long time. Have fun.
