Pack beans together lengthwise into pint size canning jars, leaving
1/4 to 1/2 inch head space. Add 1/4 of minced garlic, one head dill
weed to each jar.
Combine the rest of ingredients together and boil. Pour the boiling water over the beans.
Cap and boil jars 10 minutes in boiling bath. Water should cover the jars to seal.
Let "age" for at least 2-4 weeks.
If you like hot dilly beans add red pepper to the liquid mixture above.
