Best Meat Seasoning Ever
From the Kitchen of:
Misfire
1/4
cup
Garlic Powder
1/4
cup
Onion Powder
1/4
cup
Dried Parsley
2
Tbsp.
Oregano
10 to 12
Bay Leaves with stems removed
2
tsp.
salt (optional)
1
tsp.
pepper (optional)
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor with the lid on tightly.
Run on medium speed until blended to a powder.
Allow the mixture to settle to keep clouds of seasonings from wafting all over your kitchen.
Funnel into a jar with a tight lid and label with a permanent marker.
Wonderful sprinkled on chicken, pork or beef before coating or cooking.
When roasting a whole chicken, sprinkle seasoning inside too.
Great if the meat is first brushed with
Garlic Oil.
