Blueberry Jam


From the Kitchen of:  Pepper

Wash berries and place in a large pan. Crush about 1/4 of the berries. Boil rapidly, stirring constantly for 5 min. remove from heat. Add sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Boil rapidly, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and syrupy. Remove from heat. Pour into clean sterile jars. Seal
