2½ | C | White granulated sugar, divided |
8 | oz | Thawed raspberries |
2 | tbsp | Triple sec |
Spread rinsed and drained cranberries in pyrex 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 2 cups sugar and toss to coat. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes, stirring twice and sugar is dissolved. Gently stir in raspberries and triple sec and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar. Allow to cool. Cover and refrigerate.
