Yummy Venison Italiano

1 1/2	lb.	Venison Round Steak
1 1/2	c.	Flour
1	tsp.	Salt.
1/2	tsp.	Pepper
1	med.	Onion, diced
3		cloves Garlic, minced
12		Mushrooms, sliced
1		8oz. can Tomato Paste
1		12 oz can Stewed Tomatoes
1/2	c.	Burgandy Wine
1		Bay Leaf
1	tsp	Oregano

• Cut steak into bite size pieces, roll in the salt, pepper and flour mixture and brown in oil. Remove and add the onion, garlic and mushrooms in the same pan.
• Brown them slightly and pour off oil.
• Add the meat, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano and bay leaf. Stir together and add the wine.
• Simmer on low, stirring now and then for 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender and pulls apart with fork.
• Serve on buttered noodles or rice.
