Veal Cutlet (French Style)

Bacon
Veal Cutlets

Heavy Cream
2
lemons (juice only)
Cooked Noodles
Cook Vegetable of Choice
Fry the bacon. Take bacon out of pan and turn heat to high.
Sear veal one piece at a time.
Once all cutlets are seared, pour off remaining grease.
Turn heat to low.
Return veal and broken bacon bits to pan
Add the pint of heavy cream and the juice of two lemons.
Simmer for 20 minutes
