From the Kitchen of: Pepper
Serves 6
2 | pounds | venison steak |
1/3 | cup | soy sauce |
1 | tbl. | sugar |
1 | tbl. | onion, finely chopped |
2 | cloves | garlic, crushed |
1/2 | tea. | ginger |
2 | bay leaves, crushed | |
1/3 | cup | cooking oil |
Cut meat into 6 pieces. Combine remaining ingredients. Place steak in shallow pan; pour marinade over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain. Place on broiling rack about five inches from heat.Broil 10 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade or oil. Turn and broil 5 minutes longer or until done.
