From the Kitchen of: Pepper
Mix flour, salt and pepper and dredge flour onto steak. Cut into serving size pieces. In skillet, add oil then brown steaks.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low till veggies are done (about 45 min to 1 hour).

OR
Put meat in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low.
1/4 cup flour seasoned with salt and pepper 1 1/2 pounds round steak or 4 small cube steaks 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 3 medium size potatos, cut into cubes 1/4 cup sliced onions 1 can stewed tomatoes 3 carrots, sliced or you may use the baby carrots and use as many as you like 1/2 cup celery, diced 1/4 cup bellpepper, diced (optional) dash sugar Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
