4 | Pork Chops | |
1/2 | C. | Celery, chopped |
1/4 | Green Pepper, chopped | |
1 | Tomato, cubed | |
1 | C. | Pineapple, cubed |
1 | jar | Sweet and Sour Sauce(in Chinese food dept) |
Cook pork chops until well done. Sauté celery and pepper until tender but still somewhat crisp. Add tomato and pineapple. Cook 1 minute. Place pork chops on a platter. Cover with pineapple-vegetable mixture. Pour sauce over ingredients. Serve with steamed rice. Serves 4.
