Super Hamburgers

- Mix all ingredients well, shape into 4 burgers and grill
- Variations:
- Savory Burger -- add 1/2 tsp. savory
- Red Hot Burger -- add 1-1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Oriental Burger -- add 1/4 tsp. ginger, 1 tsp. lemon zest and 1 tsp. soy sauce
- Sesame Burger -- Toads 1/4 cup sesame seeds in the over at 350° for 15 minutes; add to
basic mix
- Hot & Tangy Burger -- add 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. BBQ sauce
- Dill Burger -- add 1/2 tsp. crushed dill seed and 1/4 cup chopped olives
- Herb Burger -- add 1/4 tsp. marjoram, 1/4 tsp. thyme, 1/2 tsp. celery salt and 1 tsp.
parsley flakes
- Chili-Cheese Burger -- add 1 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup milk and 1 tsp. chili powder
- Spice Burger -- add 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
