This is easy and very good.

6	3/4 inch	pork chops
1	pkg.	bread stuffing mix
1	can	Cream of mushroom soup undiluted
small	container	apple sauce

Preheat oven to 375F.

Make stuffing mix according to package directions adding the applesauce. Mix it in well. Set aside while you brown the chops in a small amount of oil or butter. When they are browned place them on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spoon stuffing mix on top of the chops. Spoon mushroom soup right from the can on top of the stuffing mix spreading to cover.

Bake in 375F oven for about 45 minutes. Do not overcook or chops will be tough.
