Steak Bake

1	lge	Boneless Sirloin Steak 2 1/2" thick
		Kitchen Bouquet
		Fresh Ground Pepper
4	Tbsp.	Butter, melted
4	Tbsp.	Lemon Juice
6	Tbsp.	Worcestershire Sauce
1	c.	Ketchup
1	lb.	Fresh Mushrooms
1	lge	Walla Walla Onion
1	c.	diced celery

• Place steak in a roasting pan. Brush both sides with the Kitchen Bouquet.
• Sprinkle with the fresh ground pepper.
• Combine butter, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and ketchup and pour over the steak.
• Wash the mushrooms. Cut into halves. Cut onion rings from the onion. Arrange on top of meat.
• Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, basting often.
