1 | spiral ham | |
1-1/4 | C | sugar |
1/2 | C | white vinegar |
1/2 | tsp. | dry mustard |
1 | tbsp. | butter |
Cook ham as directed, most are precooked so you just have to warm them up.
Put sauce ingredients in pan, heat and add two beaten eggs. Bring to boil and when it starts to boil remove from heat. The sauce is now done. You can double this to get more sauce. Serve like gravy over ham.
