Great in the winter. I serve it with apples and grated cheese and garlic toast. It's a large recipe designed to feed 12 people. Freeze remainder if desired and reheat. Great!!!
1 | lb. | lean Hamburger |
1/2 | lb. | bulk, Pork Sausage |
1 | tsp. | Thyme |
1 | tsp. | Chili Pepper |
1 | tsp. | Salt |
1 | tsp. | Lamb and Game seasoning |
4 | peeled and diced, Potatoes | |
5 | peeled and diced, Carrots | |
1 | can | Green Beans |
1 | can | Corn |
1 | lge. | can Italian Stewed Tomatoes |
2 | cans | Tomato Soup |
Brown hamburger and sausage. Drain well. Add seasonings and rest of ingredients. Add water to suit preference, using a large kettle. Heat to boil and simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy!
