Pork Chops, (chicken) | ||
1/2 | c. | Soy Sauce |
1 | Lemon, juice | |
1 | Onion, chopped | |
2 | cloves | Garlic, minced |
1 | Bay Leaf, crumbled | |
1/4 | c. | Ginger Ale or 7-Up |
1 | Tbsp | Honey or Sugar |
Salt and Pepper |
Slice meat into small pieces Combine everything and marinate 24 hours. Put on skewer and broil
