From the Kitchen of: Pat Kersteter
This was a "throw together" when my children were young. It was quick, easy to fix, inexpensive and not too many dishes to wash.
1/2 | lb. | Hamburger, browned and drained |
1 | can | Tomatoes |
1 | can | Whole kernel corn |
2 or 3 | Carrots, grated* | |
1/4 | C | Chopped bell pepper* |
1/2 | C | Chopped onion* |
1/2 | C | Chopped celery* |
1/2 | tsp. | Chili powder |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
1/2 to 1 | box | Small macaroni (cooked al dente) |
Grated cheese (optional) |
*These items may be mixed in the blender - my kids wouldn't eat veggies if they could see them.
