Porcupine Rissoles

This recipe was given to me by my friend who was a Domestic Science Teacher about 40 years ago.

Mix Mince(Hamburger), Rice, Onion and Herbs in bowl. Roll into small balls. Coat in Flour. Put Soup and Water into pressure cooker or casserole dish Drop Rissoles in and cook 20 minutes in pressure cooker or longer in casserole dish. Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Green Peas. The Rice comes out of the balls like a porcupine and the soup makes a lovely gravy.
