Pork Chop Casserole # 2

4 | | pork chops |
1 | C | rice |
1 | C | finely sliced onion |
1 | potato | sliced |
2 | C | sliced carrots |
4 | | tomatoes |
3 | tbsp. | soy sauce |
sprinkling | mixed | herbs, include thyme |
1/4 | tsp. | salt |
1/4 | tsp. | pepper |
1-1/2 | C | water |
Brown the chops in a skillet. In a greased casserole, spread the rice, then the vegetables in layers. Add seasoning. Put the chops on top. Pour in the water. Cover and bake at 325F for 1 hour.
