This makes 10 servings. This is a family favorite and the only recipe for meat loaf we use.
1 1/2 | lb. | Ground Beef or Ground Turkey |
2/3 | c. | Rolled Oats |
2/3 | c. | Skim Milk (use 3/4 c. if using Turkey) |
1/2 | c. | Egg Substitute |
1 | sm. | Onion, chopped |
1/2-1 | tsp. | Salt |
1/8 | tsp. | Pepper |
3 | Tbsp. | Brown Sugar |
1/4 | c. | Ketchup |
1/4 | tsp. | Nutmeg (use 1/3 with Turkey) |
1 | tsp. | dry Mustard (use 1 1/4 if using turkey) |
