Parmesan Breaded Pork Chops

4 | pork chops | 3/4 inch thick |
1 | egg | beaten |
1 | tsp. | salt |
1/4 | tsp. | ground black pepper |
1/3 | C | parmesan cheese |
1/3 | C | dry bread crumbs |
2 | tbsp. | vegetable oil |

Heat oven to 350F. Dip pork chops in combined egg and seasonings and then in combined cheese and bread crumbs. Heat oil in skillet; brown each chop on both sides. Bake 350F for 35 minutes, turning chops occasionally.
