3 | C | olive or salad oil |

1/2 | tsp. | black pepper |
1 | tsp. | oregano |
1/2 | tsp. | granulated garlic |
Combine oil and seasonings in one bowl and stir completely.
Put flour in another bowl.
Take one piece of liver at a taime and coat with flour.
Take each piece and dip it into oil mixture.
Put liver on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 400F oven for approximately 20 minutes.
Serve with sauteed onions or crisp bacon.
Be careful to not over-cook the liver.
