Mexican Casserole

Refried Beans (16oz) |

Green Chilies, ground |

grated Cheddar Cheese |

Flour Tortillas |

Sour Cream |

Green Onions |

Chopped tomatoes |
- Brown Hamburger, drain fat. Add the jar of Salsa.
- In casserole dish, place 1 flour tortilla (or enough to cover bottom of dish. Spread
with 1/2 of the refried beans, more tortilla's, 1/2 the meat mixture , tortilla, green
chilies, tortilla, cheese. Repeat once more ending with cheese on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. When done, top with sour cream, green onions, olives and
tomatoes
