In bowl, whisk mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper; brush half over pork. Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and grill for 5 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining mustard mixture; grill until just a hint of fpink remains inside, about 5 minutes.
