Italian Sausage Pie

This recipe was given to me by my Aunt Philomena who just turned 81 years old.

1	lb.	Sweet Italian Sausage
1	c.	Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
1		Green Onion, chopped
1 1/2	c.	Milk
1	c.	Bisquick
6	oz.	Sour Cream
3		Eggs
		Salt and Pepper

• Brown, drain and crumble sausage. Place in bottom of greased pan. Top with onions and cheese.
• Put remaining ingredients into blender and blend 1 minute. Pour over sausage, onions and cheese mixture.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
