Combine all ingredients, except Pork Chops. Mix well.
Place chops in a shallow dish; pour marinade over chops. Cover and
refrigerate overnight; turning meat occasionally.
Remove pork chops from marinade. Place on
a grill approximately six inches above low to
medium coals. Grill for 40-50 minutes, turning and basting
with marinade every 10-15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
TIPS:
Always marinate pork in the refrigerator - never at room
temperature
Refrigerate pork or store in insulated cooler until ready to grill.
Do not interrupt cooking. Partial cooking may enocurage bacterial growth before cooking
is complete.
Defrost frozen pork in the refigerator. Bacteria can multiply quickly
at room temperature and will grow on the meat
surface while meat remain frozen inside.
