This also works great in a crock pot. Just let simmer for about 6 hours. *Substute raw potatoes. Follow same directions but bake in a moderate 375 degree oven for 1 hour until potatoes are doen.
1 1/2 | c. | Leftover Cooked Ham, cubed |
Thinly sliced cooked* potatoes (either white or sweet) | ||
2 | Tbsp. | Flour |
1 | tsp. | Salt |
1 | tsp. | Pepper |
1 1/2 | Tbsp. | Butter |
1 1/2 | c. | Milk |
Place a layer (about 1 c.) of potatoes in small buttered casserole. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. of seasoned flour. Top with about 3/4 c. ham. Cover with another cup of sliced potatoes Repeat with another 3/4 c. ham. Top with remaining Potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining flour. Dot with butter. Pour milk over all. Bake in med hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes until top is well browned. Will serve 2-3
