Serves 4
1 | lb. | Pork Sausage |
1/2 | C. | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | C. | Green Pepper, chopped |
1 | pkg. | Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Deluxe dinner |
2 | C. | Canned Tomatoes (1 lb can) |
3/4 | C. | Barbecue Sauce |
Brown sausage with onion and pepper. Drain. Add uncooked macaroni and cheese sauce from the dinner. Add the tomatoes and barbecue sauce. Simmer 20 Minutes. Top with grated cheese for extra flavor. This may be prepared in an electric skillet or in a fry pan on top of the stove.
