uncooked macaroni (or other pasta shapes)

minced onion

chopped green bell pepper

cans tomato sauce

worcestorshire sauce
Cook and drain the macaroni. In a large skillet lightly brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add remaining ingredients to the skillet along with the macaroni. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes. Add more seasoning if desired.
