Place roasts in shallow pan or plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring to mix. Pour over roasts seal bag if using. Marinate meat for several hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Place roasts in roasting pan and roast in 350F oven for 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 170F on meat thermometer. Bast occasionally with marinade. Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes before carving.
