It's the best!
1 | lge | Flank Steak |
1/4 | c. | Soy Sauce |
3 | Tbsp. | Honey |
2 | Tbsp. | Vinegar |
1 1/2 | tsp. | Garlic Powder or Salt |
1 1/2 | tsp. | Ground Ginger |
3/4 | c. | Salad Oil |
Mix all except meat and blend well at low speed for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture over the steak. Turn in the mixture and refrigerate over night. Turn over in the morning. Marinate about 24 hrs. Charcoal broil 5-6 mins. on each side for medium rare. Slice into thin strips across the grain.
