Also makes excellent appetizers if meat is sliced raw and threaded on wooden skewers and barbecued on grill with basting with sauce and served on individual skewers on a platter.
1 | lge. | Flank Steak |
1/4 | c. | Soy Sauce |
3 | Tbsp. | Honey |
2 | Tbsp. | Vinegar |
1 1/2 | tsp. | Garlic Powder or salt |
1 1/2 | tsp. | Ground Ginger |
3/4 | c. | Salad Oil |
Mix and blend well at low speed for 10 minutes. Pour mixture over the steak. Turn in the mixture and refrigerate overnight. Turn over in the morning. Marinate about 24 hours. Charcoal broil 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare. Slice into thin strips across the grain.
