Country Pork Skillet

pork chops, 3/4 to 1" thick

12-0z. jar
pork gravy

tea.
soy sauce

tbl.
ketchup or chili sauce

new potatoes, quartered

cup
frozen mixed vegetables
Brown chops on one side in 12-inch skillet; turn. Stir in gravy, soy sauce, ketchup and potatoes; heat to boiling; reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Stir in vegetables; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
