Pineapple juice |
- Trim ham and clean well. Place in large container. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, orange
juice, apples, and pineapple juice; add enough water to cover ham. Cover and boil until
tender. Drain, remove skin and score fat side.
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
