Corn Dogs

From the Kitchen of: HAPPY (Carol)

Yummy at the County Fair

4		Hot Dogs
1	C.	Bisquick Mix
1/3	C.	Cornmeal
1		Egg
2	Tbsp.	Sugar
		Milk
		Wooden Skewers or Popsicle sticks

• Combine biscuit mix, cornmeal, egg and sugar.
• Add enough milk to make it batter consistency.
• Put sticks in hot dogs.
• Coat hot dogs well in batter and fry in hot oil until light brown.
