1/4 | C | crushed pineapple in juice-drained |

1-1/2 | tsp. | brown sugar |
1-1/2 | tsp. | lime juice |
1 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 | tsp. | ground allspsice |
1/8 | tsp. | salt |
1/8 | tsp. | ground ginger |
1/8 | tsp. | dry mustard |
Combine first 7 ingredients. Shape mixture into an 8x4 inch loaf; place on rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Combine 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Pour over meat loaf, and bake and additional 5 minutes. Yield 8 servings.
