1 | med. | Onion, chopped |
2 | cans | Sliced potatoes, drained |
2 | cans | Diced tomatoes |
1 | can | Cream-style corn |
1 | can | Roasted barbecue beef |
1 | can | Roasted barbecue pork |
1 | can | White chicken, drained |
1/4 | C | Soy sauce |
2 | tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tsp. | Pepper |
1 | tsp. | Hot sauce |
Stir together all ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, partially cover, and simmer, stirring often, 20-30 minutes.
Yield: 10 cups.
