From the Kitchen of: Pat
For a different flavor, substitute knackwurst or Polish sausage for the bratwurst. Assembling time is 15 minutes and Cooking time is 25 minutes.

1 | med. | Onion, chopped (1/2 cup) |
1/4 | C | Chopped green pepper |
2 | tsp. | Instant beef bouillon granules |
1 | tsp. | Dry mustard |
1 | sm. | Head cabbage, cored and cut into wedges |
4 | med. | Carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1/2 | C | Milk |
3 | tbsp | All-purpose flour |
