Beef & Shells
From the Kitchen of: Kezz
This was a precipe from an old friend whose dad used to make this in the navy many
years ago. Not sure what it is supposed to be called but we refer to it as Shells and
Peas.

frozen Peas |

Franco American (Fat Free) Gravy (beef or Mushroom) |
- Scramble and drain hamburger to remove excess fat.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and onion powder
- Boil shells to desired consistency and drain
- Boil frozen peas.
- Open the Franco American Gravy cans and mix everything together in pot and serve while
hot.
- You could substitute peas for practically any vegetable, it is great with cauliflower
and broccoli. This recipe is low fat and very easy and inexpensive to make.
