From the Kitchen of: Cathy Brentor
This is a recipe I made myself and is typical of English winter food, hearty and warming. It is one of my favourite recipes and hope that you in America and elsewhere in the world will enjoy it.

8 | oz | Mushrooms (sliced) |
12 | Pearl onions | |
3 | lg | Carrots (chopped) |
1 | tbsp | Herbs (thyme, parsley, bay leaf) chopped |
1 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
