My Favorite Barbecue Ribs

This BBQ Sauce may also be used as a marinade. If you like a smoky flavor, add some liquid
smoke or hickory smoke flavoring

- Cook vegetables in oil until tender
- Add remaining sauce ingredients and cook until desired consistency is reached. When
thinner it makes an excellent marinade. For basting on meats cooked outdoors, you will
want it quite thick
- To prepare the ribs in the oven, place the meat in a pan and pour sauce over,
remembering to baste during cooking
- To prepare the ribs outdoors, use the thicker sauce and baste frequently
- An optional preparation method is to partially bake the meat in the oven before placing
on the grill
