cooking apples, peeled and finely chopped

honey

dry mustard
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, crumbs, egg, and milk. Mix well. Add the apples, onions, and seasonings. Pack into a lightly greased loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. At the end of an hour, mix the honey and mustard together and pour over the loaf. Return to the oven for 15 minutes longer. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
