Good Luncheon Dish
3 | oz can or jar | Crisp chow mein fried noodles |
1 | can | Tuna fish |
1 | C | Cashew nuts |
1 | C | Diced celery |
1/4 | C | Chopped onion |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/4 C water or milk |
Salt and pepper to taste (needs very little salt) |
Can be served over more crisp noodles or as is.
Yield: 6 medium servings.
