Grilled Tuna
From the Kitchen of: Pepper

Tuna steak |

Balsamic vinegar

Extra Virgin Olive Oil |

Thyme |
- Marinate several hours before grilling.
- Grill for 3 minutes each side, then repeat (total grilling time = 12 minutes).
- Use leftover marinade to baste during grilling and to top when served.
- Note: When using as a sauce over top, heat to near boiling before serving.
- Serve this tempting Tuna with rice and a nice Summer salad.
