Sturgeon Fritters

2	c.	coarsley ground Sturgeon
1	lge.	Carrot, ground
2		stalks Celery
10		Saltine Crackers, crushed
3		Eggs
1/4	tsp.	Salt
1/4	tsp.	Pepper
1/4	tsp.	Celery Salt
1/4	tsp.	Onion Powder
1/2	tsp.	Soy Sauce

• Mix all ingredients together/
• Let stand for a couple hours before frying.
• Form into patties, fry in oil, browning on both sides.
