2 | Tbsp. | Water |

1 | clove garlic, crushed | |

2 | lb. | Med Raw Shrimp, deveined and shelled |
Cook sauce until thickened. Coat and broil 5 inches from heat (oven or barbecue Works best if they are put on a skewer. If you use wooden skewers be sure to soak them in warm water first so they don't burn
